Larry Silverberg is one of the most widely published actor / acting teachers in the world today and he is considered one of the foremost authorities on the Sanford Meisner Technique of acting through his internationally acclaimed four volume series, “The Sanford Meisner Approach: An Actors Workbook,” and his book, “Loving To Audition.” Larry’s newest books include “The 7 Simple Truths of Acting for the Teen Actor” which was released last year and “Meisner for Teens” which will be released in the fall of 2009. All of Larry’s books are published by Smith & Kraus, the leading publisher of acting related books.
Larry is a graduate of the Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theatre where he studied with legendary acting teacher, Sanford Meisner. Since then, Larry has worked professionally as an actor and director across the United States and in Canada. Most recently, Larry and his co-stars received high praise from the New York Times for their performances in Athol Fugard’s “People Are Living There” at The Signature Theater in New York City, and Larry won the Seattle Critic’s Association “Stellar Acting Award” for his portrayal of “Teach” in the Belltown Theatre Center production of “American Buffalo”.
Larry teaches acting in his world renowned professional actors training program, “The Meisner Intensive Training Program” which he holds at Universities, Colleges and Acting Studios around the globe. Larry is also on the teaching faculties of “The International Institute of the Performing Arts” in Paris and “European Act”, the first professional, international certificate program in acting founded by French actress, Aurelia Nolin.
Shana Perkins
Dance & Movement
Shana Donahue Perkins has performed in videos such as “The Girl Ain’t Worth It”, and commercials for Fosters, Ideal Image, and Coca Cola. She has appeared on the Dr. Phil Show as a guest/dancer, and “Dave TV”. She has performed off-Broadway in “Cats”, and is currently a dancer with the Moving Current Collection, Tampa. She also was a principal dancer with Gregory Hancock Dance Theatre. She is touring with the Equus Project and is currently the Director of Dance at Orange Grove Middle Magnet School of the Arts.
Shana has choreographed many musicals such as The Wiz, Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, On a Clear Day, and Cinderella. She has received three grants from the Arts Council of Hillsborough County for her work in the school system setting choreography on students, and developing dance programs. She has won the Individual Artists Grant from the Arts council of Hillsborough County, and the Bates Dance Festival Teachers Fellowship.
She is the co-founder and co-director of All Out Reparatory Theater (www.alloutrep.org). Creating original work, and reinvigorate classics, using and combining art forms, traditional and non-conventional. She recently choreographed The Agreeable Husband.
Shana a native of Toronto Canada, choreographer/dancer, graduated with honors on scholarship from The University of South Florida with a degree in Modern Dance Performance. During this time she also studied at Alvin Ailey, NY, and Joe Goode, San Francisco. She was chosen to represent the college at an International Cultural Affair in Tunisia, Africa where she performed her choreography, “It’s Hard to Stumble on Your Knees”.
Dawne Eubanks
Singing & Voice
Dawne Eubanks solo career has led her to the stages of Carnegie Hall, the Meyerson Symphony Center, the Mahaffey Theatre, Ruth Eckerd Hall, and the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center.
Other highlights are performances with the Florida Opera Co., Florida Opera West, Inc., The Florida Orchestra, The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and Chorus, The Turtle Creek Chorale, and the Florida Orchestra Master Chorale, working with renowned conductors such as Robert Summer, Robert Shaw, Daniel Moe, Julius Rudel, Sir David Wilcox, and Timothy Selig.
Dawne has received outstanding reviews for her solo performances with Una Voce: The Florida Men’s Chorale, and for her roles in productions of “Pirates of Penzance”, “Two By Two”, and “Little Mary Sunshine”, to name some favorites.
Recent performances include the Mozart “Exsultate Jubilate” with members of The Florida Orchestra, and musical directing a production of “Into the Woods”.
An active member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS), Dawne is a sought after vocal coach and adjudicator for competitions and festivals in voice, choral music, musical theatre, and piano.
Dawne holds a BA Degree in Vocal Music from Florida State University and currently teaches voice at Eckerd College and at the Pinellas County Center for the Arts.

Deb is presently an Associate Professor in the Theatre Arts Department at SUNY Stony Brook, where she teaches Acting, Voice for the Actor and directs main stage, touring and lab productions. She also serves as the department's Director of Undergraduate Studies.
Prior to receiving her M.F.A. in Acting at the Yale School of Drama, Deb studied at The British Drama League and The HB Studio.
Professionally, Deborah recently appeared on Broadway in (the Tony nominated) Dinner at Eight, off Broadway at Manhattan Theatre Club, regionally at American Stage (St. Petersburg), and locally at Asylum Theatre Company (of which she's a founding member).
Her previous acting work has taken her to theaters all over the country including: Yale Rep, Playwrights Horizons, The Folger, Syracuse Stage, Virginia Stage Company and Walnut Street Theatre, to name a few.
